Refunds & Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your lashes, return them! Your look is just as important to us as it is to you. We want you to be happy with your lashes. If you are unhappy in anyway with your lashes we promise a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. All you have to do is return the lashes to us in the original packaging with invoice or receipt.
Please note that only items purchased on lashique.ca will be accepted. If your items were purchased at one of our authorized retailer’s store you will have to contact the retailer directly to arrange for return.
- Please contact one of our associates explaining your situation and request. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time.
- A $3.99 processing fee applies to all returns. The return shipping cost will not be covered by Lashique.
- Please allow 1-2 business days after Lashique has received the returned package to process your exchange or refund. Once we have completed the return you will receive an email with confirmation that both the return and exchange or refund has been completed accompanied by the tracking information if applicable. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
- Returns must be sent to us within 30 days of your package being delivered
- The products must be mailed back in original packaging with invoice or receipt
- Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value
- Discounted items (sales & promotions) may not qualify for return
- If the return or exchange of your product brings your original invoice below the free shipping minimum spend of CAD $80.00 there will be a $7.49 shipping recovery fee withheld from the refund
- Products that have been consumed and/or cannot be reused again will be subject to a waste charge of 30% their value to a maximum of $7.00 per item
Each and every one of our products is inspected by a lash artist prior to shipment. However, once it leaves our hands there are forces beyond our control that could result in your product being damaged. These instances are exceedingly rare. In the even that you receive a damaged product please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.
